Match is an organization that focuses on all sorts of womxn and non-binary people who are somewhere on the LGBTQIA*+ spectrum. We always welcome friends, allies (no matter their gender or sexuality), as long as people bring their positive vibes.

Match isn’t interested in only catering to white lesbian women. Instead, we are here for everyone and
consider everyone’s needs when making decisions.
Women and non-binary people of colour continue to be under-represented in the workplace, as well
as in the LGBT+ community. Everybody should feel represented and welcome regardless of their
language, skin colour, religion, age, origin, appearance, sexual preference or professional rank. This
approach to inclusivity is a core part of Match’s DNA. Everyone is always welcome and, more
importantly, everybody should always be respectful of and friendly to each other. #positivevibesonly
What is Match doing to make the world a better place?
1. Creating new meeting places in Brussels (and later in other cities in Belgium).
This includes afterwork events, night-time events and other out-of-the-box events.
2. Empowering, inspiring and supporting women and non-binary people in their personal and
professional development.
3. Encouraging women and non-binary people to network more.
4. Offering a platform for (new) role models for these women and non-binary people.
Our Vision
We want to get more different types of people at the decision table in every sort of industry/ business/domain in life. (that includes: business, arts, science, tech, sports, recreation, politics, research, socio non-profit...)
